Golden Pass panoramic train near Gstaad
A train never connects one point to another by the shortest route. It follows the curves, it winds its way between lakes, and around mountains. Near Interlaken at the small town of Wilderswil, this cog railway brings you to the Schynige Platte. A true nature paradise with great hiking possibilities, the alpine flower garden and of course the famous panorama with Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau.

Descent of the cows from the Swiss Alps
A majority of the cows and goats spend the summer high up in the Alps. In September they descent back to the valley. It is an old tradition to decorate the cows and the locals come to see them passing by. The cow bells are heard from far.
