These General Terms of Use (GCU) are deemed to have been accepted with use of the Jungfrau Tours AG (JT) website. These GCU have been translated into English. In the event of a dispute, the German version is legally binding. In addition General Terms and Conditions (GTC) do apply to the products on the website. The individual pages of the JT website are identified by the endorsement: „Copyright © 2021 Jungfrau Tours AG. All rights reserved“.

The Jungfrau Tours website is not intended for use by persons forbidden by law from using such a website. Persons to whom this ban applies are prohibited from accessing the website.

Website contents
JT makes every effort to publish factual and correct content on its website. However, no guarantee can be given regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information and the balance of opinions contained therein.
